Creating a New Print Size on the QD21

From the Home screen go to: SETUP.MAINTENANCE.TEST MODE.EDIT PAPER SIZE

You will need to provide a password which is the current date, in the form of  DDMMYY  then click on "Current Edit".

That will open the following screen

Double click on the "Normal" folder as in the screen shot.

Click "New"

Change the parameters of the new print size. The following screen shot is for a 10 x 13 print size.

Once your print size parameters have been set according to your new print size select "OK"

Then click the "Registratio/Cancel" Button   

Your new print size can now be selected by scrolling through the available "Other" print sizes from the home screen. Be sure to have a 10" paper magazine set on the printer. Alternatively, you can change the width check to "No" if you would like the print size available for 11" or 12" paper.
