We have been in business for thirty years, providing photography and lab services not only for our own studio needs, but for other professionals and consumers as well. Having acquired a growing number of school contracts, we became aware that we were going to need a system of gigantic capability (and dependability), but requiring a minimum of floor space.

    Since acquiring the incredible R1, input time is unbelievably reduced and orders poor off the printer ready to package. What a beautifully designed and engineered assembly -- sensible, logical operating procedure, and environmentally friendly (attractive, functional, accessible components). We are truly excited about the performance of this machine! (We are kicking ourselves for debating the cost of the system for many months too long!)

    Our entire staff was very impressed with the efficient and expedient progression of events culminating in the addition of this incredible, amazing system to our lab! The pre-arrival kit was an essential ingredient in assuring that our facility was accurately prepared for installation.
